These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of StudyKosh’s website/app, learning platforms, payment links, and related services (“Services”). By accessing, registering, purchasing, enrolling, or using any StudyKosh Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
“StudyKosh / We / Our / Us”: StudyKosh and its authorised representatives.
“User / You”: any person who visits, registers, purchases, or uses our Services.
“Learner”: the student attending a course (may be the same as User).
“Course / Program”: any live, online, recorded, hybrid course, training, workshop, subscription, mentorship, assessments, downloadable content, trainer kits, or certification services offered by StudyKosh.
“Content”: videos, recordings, PDFs, notes, presentations, trainer kits, worksheets, question banks, tools, templates, slides, audio, text, and all learning material provided by StudyKosh.
You must provide accurate and complete information while registering or purchasing.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
If you suspect unauthorised access, you must inform us immediately at studykosh@gmail.com.
Course access may be provided via class links, LMS login, email/WhatsApp communication, or app access.
Access timelines, class schedules, and batch availability may vary by course.
StudyKosh reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to trainer availability, technical issues, or operational reasons. Where reasonably possible, alternate arrangements will be provided.
Course fees are displayed/communicated at the time of purchase and are payable in advance unless an instalment plan is explicitly confirmed by StudyKosh in writing.
Fees may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes depending on the pricing communication; if taxes apply, they will be charged as per law.
You agree to pay applicable payment gateway charges, bank charges, or processing fees where imposed by third parties.
Refunds and cancellations are governed strictly by the StudyKosh Refund & Cancellation Policy (published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference).
By purchasing/enrolling, you confirm that you have read and accepted the refund policy.
You agree that you will NOT:
Share your login, class links, recordings, or course content with any third party.
Record live sessions (audio/video/screen recording) unless StudyKosh provides written permission.
Copy, download, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any StudyKosh Content.
Disrupt sessions, harass trainers/participants, post abusive content, or behave in a manner that affects learning environment.
Use the Services for unlawful activity, fraud, or impersonation.
Attempt to bypass security, access another user’s account, or reverse engineer StudyKosh systems.
Violation may result in immediate suspension/termination without refund and may invite legal action.
All Content, brand elements, logos, course structure, trainer kits, templates, and materials are intellectual property of StudyKosh (or its licensors).
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access Content only for your personal learning use (or internal classroom use by enrolled teachers, as permitted).
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
Certificates, badges, or completion letters (if offered) are issued subject to attendance, assessment performance, assignment submission, or completion criteria as specified for the particular course.
StudyKosh may withhold certification in cases of misconduct, plagiarism, impersonation, or policy violations.
Results depend on learner participation and practice; StudyKosh does not guarantee specific marks, ranks, job placement, income, or outcomes.
You are responsible for having suitable device, internet connection, and basic technical capability to attend online sessions and access content.
StudyKosh is not responsible for interruptions caused by your connectivity, device limitations, local network issues, or third-party platform outages.
If any demo/trial/free session or free material is provided:
StudyKosh may modify or discontinue it anytime.
Free resources do not create entitlement to continued free access.
By registering/purchasing, you consent to receive course-related communications through email, WhatsApp, SMS, or calls.
StudyKosh may also send information about add-on courses, trainings, webinars, and offers. You may opt out of promotional communication by writing to studykosh@gmail.com.
Data handling is governed by the StudyKosh Privacy Policy (published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference).
StudyKosh may suspend or terminate access (without refund) if:
you violate these Terms or policies,
misuse course content,
share access or recordings,
engage in abusive/disruptive behaviour, or
engage in unlawful activity.
You may stop using the Services at any time, but refunds (if any) will be governed by the Refund Policy.
StudyKosh provides educational services on a best-effort basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of Services due to possible maintenance or technical issues.
Any examples, case studies, or success stories are illustrative and do not guarantee similar results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
StudyKosh shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability (if any) shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course/service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StudyKosh, its trainers, employees, and partners from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
your misuse of Services,
violation of these Terms,
infringement of third-party rights, or
unlawful conduct.
StudyKosh may update course curriculum, trainers, teaching methodology, tools, schedules, learning resources, or delivery mode to improve outcomes or due to operational needs. Such changes will not typically qualify for refund unless explicitly covered in the Refund Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All legal matters are subject to Chandigarh jurisdiction only.
