With an engineering background from NIT and over two decades of professional experience, Mr. Gourav brings together corporate exposure, strategic thinking, leadership, and a deep understanding of professional environments. His professional journey includes associations with 3M, Havells India, and BHEL, along with recognition as Best Employee of the Year for three consecutive years in previous organizations. MS. JASMINE — IIM

13+ Years of Training & Development Experience

An IIM alumna, Ms. Jasmine brings more than 13 years of experience in developing human potential. Her journey began long before StudyKosh—with achievements across Mathematics and Science Olympiads, debates, art, calligraphy, essay writing, leadership, memory, and cognitive development. She has worked with learners across age groups and has also trained U-14 and U-16 cricket players in mental toughness, combining cognitive development with confidence, resilience, and performance.
